General Refund Guidelines

Due to the nature of our personalized diet and training plans, once you have received the plan, no refunds will be issued. - Partial Refund for Select Programs
We understand that circumstances may change. In specific cases, partial refunds are available:- 90-Days Transformation Challenge
A refund of $0 is available if requested after receiving the plan, and the same is true for the 45-Day Jumpstart Plan. - AJ Exclusive VIP Plan
For the one-year program, a partial refund of $100 will be deducted if cancellation is requested within the first 14 days after receiving the plan.

Any consultations, additional coaching sessions, or follow-up services that have been delivered or scheduled are non-refundable. - Plan Modification Requests
We offer adjustments to your plan to accommodate changes in goals or lifestyle. Modifications are available to help you stay aligned with your health journey.
Requesting a Refund
If you qualify for a partial refund based on the above conditions, please reach out to our support team with your request and proof of purchase.
